Do I have to use the body shop my insurance provider suggests or can I take my vehicle to a shop of my choosing?
It’s true, many insurance providers have arrangements with body shops and prefer you use them. The choice is yours, however. You can always take your vehicle to a shop of your choosing and we work with all insurance companies!

Do I need to arrange for a rental vehicle to drive during the repair process?
We can assist you with obtaining a rental while your vehicle is being serviced. We can also arrange for pick up and drop off from the rental facility, upon request.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
There are many factors to consider, making this a difficult question. It depends on the amount of damage, ordering parts, etc. We will keep you informed during the process though, with a ballpark estimation of time until completion.

What if the cost of the repairs exceeds the original estimate provided to my insurance company?
If the issue arises, where other repairs are necessary, we will supply your insurance with a supplement. Insurance providers know and understand some damage may be found once the vehicle starts the process. They may require a re-inspection before paying for the repairs. We do our best to catch everything in the original inspection, but your insurance company will work with you.

My vehicle suffered significant damage, but my insurance company did not total it. Will my vehicle be safe to drive after repairing?
In the event they do not total your vehicle, you can have peace of mind that we are in the business of placing your vehicle back to original factory specifications. Safety is our primary concern and once the vehicle is repaired, we test drive and complete a thorough checklist of items to assure operational safety.

Do you warranty your work?
ABSOLUTELY! Our service work is warrantied for the lifetime of the vehicle. The parts used are also warrantied through the manufacturers.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from insurance companies, individuals, and companies. Payments can be made using cash, check, credit card, money order, or cashiers check.
